We are proud to offer access to fertility and ovulation induction prescriptions, if medically appropriate, in partnership with Dr. Aimee Eyvazzadeh, MD, MPH.

Complete a brief health intake and medical review to determine if prescription treatment options such as Letrozole, Progesterone, Metformin, or other ovulation support medications may be appropriate for your fertility journey.

If you have completed hormone testing with Proov, Dr. Aimee will also review your Proov Progesterone Score and cycle data as part of the evaluation process.

Please note: You may not qualify for this service if you have a medical history of cancer, unexplained vaginal bleeding, liver disease, or if you are currently more than 10 weeks pregnant.

What types of medications can I get from this consultation?

Dr. Aimee can prescribe one or more of the following medications during this visit

Progesterone. Progesterone is the hormone that supports implantation and pregnancy. Taking additional progesterone after ovulation can help the fetus implant and increase pregnancy chances
Letrozole. Letrozole is a medication that can induce ovulation in women who are having trouble ovulating on their own.
Metformin. Metformin is a medication that helps the ovary function by reducing insulin insensitivity. It is often prescribed to women with a BMI over 24.

I'm pregnant and I got a low Progesterone Score, can this help me carry a healthy pregnancy?

If you have already received a positive pregnancy test and also have a low Progesterone Score, a progesterone prescription may or may not impact the health of your pregnancy. It is possible to get and stay pregnant with a low Progesterone Score and pregnancies can be at risk for reasons other than low progesterone.

Will I get a visit with Dr. Aimee?

No, this product does not include a visit with or access to Dr. Aimee Eyvazzadeh. Instead, Dr. Aimee will review your Progesterone Score and write a progesterone prescription for you, if deemed medically necessary.

Where will be prescription be filled & how soon will I receive it?

Your prescription will be filled by Amazon and you can use insurance or Prime membership to pay for the medication.

Medication will not be more than $65 for all 3 months.

You will get an email or text from Amazon letting you know your script is ready. Please follow the instructions in the email to complete onboarding and schedule your delivery.

You will receive enough medication for all 3 cycles and the cash price will not exceed $65.
