If you still have a period, we recommend using 5-10 drops of Balancing Oil 2-3 times per day during the last 12 days of your cycle. If you no longer have a cycle, we recommend using 3 drops 3 times per day for three consecutive weeks, taking one week off in between each 3 week cycle. We recommend using it topically.
