Shipment Timing & Holiday Schedules
We know our products are time-sensitive and, in an effort to get you your order as quickly as possible, there is only a short amount of time between the moment you place your order and when it’s prepared for fulfillment. Orders ship on the day of purchase when placed by 12 pm EST on business days (M-F, excluding the holidays noted below). Orders received after 12 pm EST on business days ship on the next business day. The day your order ships is considered Day 1 of your estimated delivery time.
We do not ship orders on the following holidays:New Year’s Day

Delivery times and shipping costs depend on which shipping option you choose and where you're located. Shipping costs are calculated during your checkout process.
Due to the personal nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us.
If your product is defective or damaged, we promise we’ll get you taken care of! Please send a photo of the defective product, the lot number, and any other explanation you can provide to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Products on subscription will be automatically delivered according to the cycle length you choose. Subscriptions have no long term commitments — you can modify or cancel your subscription at any time. We’ll email you 3 days before each subscription renewal as a reminder. International Shipping and Delivery
We are currently working on building out our international distribution. At this time, the following access is available for Proov products (note that international shipping and taxes may apply):
Our Proov Confirm PdG tests, Predict LH tests, Reserve FSH tests and Check hCG tests are CE marked and can be purchased on our website in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Germany and France. If you're in the UK, you can also purchase on Amazon.
We can also ship Proov Complete and Proov Predict & Confirm kits purchased on our website to Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Balancing Oil, Pro, Boost, Block, and the P Cup are only available in the U.S. at this time.
International shipping and fees may apply. We offer both economy and express shipping options for international orders, and do our very best to get products out promptly to our international neighbors. Much as we’d like to, we can’t control global postal and customs policies, so we’re unable to guarantee timelines. Thanks for understanding, and please plan ahead.
