Shipping Your Proov Products

We do everything we can to get your products to you as fast as possible! However, please be aware that shipping times are influenced by many factors outside our direct control, particularly during the holiday season.

Shipment Timing & Holiday Schedules

We know our products are time-sensitive and, in an effort to get you your order as quickly as possible, there is only a short amount of time between the moment you place your order and when it’s prepared for fulfillment. As a result, we cannot edit your order after it has been placed. If you have any questions or issues with your order please contact us at

Orders ship on the day of purchase when placed by 12 pm EST on business days (M-F, excluding the holidays noted below). Orders received after 12 pm EST on business days ship on the next business day. The day your order ships is considered Day 1 of your estimated delivery time.

We do not ship orders on the following holidays:

New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve

Delivery times and shipping costs depend on which shipping option you choose and where you're located. Shipping costs are calculated during your checkout process. 


We accept returns on a case-by-case basis. These returns are accepted only within 30 days of purchase. For customers interested in making a return, please use our self-service portal here

What is Redo?

When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund, store credit or exchange for FREE. If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label and restocking fee.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Damaged Products  

Unfortunately, we cannot warrant the quality of products handled by distributors outside of our carefully selected network of partners, so our warranty only applies to purchases made directly through Proov or an authorized retailer.

If your product is defective or damaged, we promise we’ll get you taken care of! Please send a photo of the defective product, the lot number, and any other explanation you can provide to our customer support team at

International Shipping and Delivery

We are currently working on building out our international distribution. At this time, the following access is available for Proov products (note that international shipping and taxes may apply):

Our Proov Confirm PdG tests, Predict LH tests, Reserve FSH tests and Check hCG tests are CE marked and can be purchased on our website in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Germany and France. If you're in the UK, you can also purchase on Amazon.

We can also ship Proov Complete and Proov Predict & Confirm kits purchased on our website to Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Balancing Oil, Pro, Boost, Block, and the P Cup are only available in the U.S. at this time.

International shipping and fees may apply. We offer both economy and express shipping options for international orders and do our very best to get products out promptly to our international neighbors. Much as we’d like to, we can’t control global postal and customs policies, so we’re unable to guarantee timelines. Thanks for understanding, and please plan ahead.
