Shipping Your Proov Products

We do everything we can to get your products to you as fast as possible! However, please be aware that shipping times are influenced by many factors outside our direct control, particularly during the holiday season.

Shipment Timing & Holiday Schedules

We know our products are time-sensitive and, in an effort to get you your order as quickly as possible, there is only a short amount of time between the moment you place your order and when it’s prepared for fulfillment. As a result, we cannot edit your order after it has been placed. If you have any questions or issues with your order please contact us at info@proovtest.com.

Orders ship on the day of purchase when placed by 12 pm EST on business days (M-F, excluding the holidays noted below). Orders received after 12 pm EST on business days ship on the next business day. The day your order ships is considered Day 1 of your estimated delivery time.

We do not ship orders on the following holidays:

New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve

Delivery times and shipping costs depend on which shipping option you choose and where you're located. Shipping costs are calculated during your checkout process. 

Returns

Your satisfaction is our #1 goal so if you have any concerns about the Proov product you have received, please contact us at info@proovtest.com.

We accept returns on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. If you’d like to request a return, you can do so through our self-service portal here. Items must be unopened and in original condition to be eligible.

What is Redo?

Redo is an optional return protection you can add during checkout. If you opt in, your order will include a prepaid return shipping label, and you'll be able to return any item(s) for a refund, store credit, or exchange at no additional cost.

If you choose not to add Redo at checkout, you can still return your items; however, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and a restocking fee.

Damaged Products  

Unfortunately, we cannot warrant the quality of products handled by distributors outside of our carefully selected network of partners, so our warranty only applies to purchases made directly through Proov or an authorized retailer.

If your product is defective or damaged, we promise we’ll get you taken care of! Please send a photo of the defective product, the lot number, and any other explanation you can provide to our customer support team at info@proovtest.com.

International Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide from our U.S. warehouse! 🌍 some exclusions apply.

International shipping and fees may apply. We offer both economy and express shipping options for international orders and do our very best to get products out promptly to our international neighbors. Much as we’d like to, we can’t control global postal and customs policies, so we’re unable to guarantee timelines.
