- If you have a period: Apply after confirming ovulation (about 15 days from the start of your period). Break when your next period starts.

Balancing oil is formulated using powerful nanoemulsions. When the bottle is shaken to activate, vitamin E traps the progesterone into tiny droplets. When rubbed on the face or skin, it delivers the progesterone deep into the skin layers.

If you no longer have a cycle, we recommend using 3 drops 3 times per day for three consecutive weeks, taking one week off in between each 3 week cycle. We recommend using it topically.

What Does Progesterone Do?
Estrogen rises during the follicular phase and progesterone rises during the luteal phase. After estrogen thickens the uterine lining (a.k.a. the endometrium) during the first half of your cycle, progesterone stabilizes and prepares the lining for implantation during the second half. Basically, progesterone makes the uterine lining “sticky” enough to allow an embryo to implant, if conception occurs.

How do I use Balancing Oil?
