Proov Path to Pregnancy is a 3 month program designed to provide you with affordable, at-home fertility treatment. We are providing a way to optimize as many things in this path to pregnancy as possible to maximize the chance of pregnancy each cycle while trying to conceive at home. Some of the common challenges people have with getting pregnant are finding the right time to “try,” issues with sperm, and issues with ovulation. We are happy to be able to identify and now treat common issues by offering 5 key benefits:

• We start by assessing your hormones and ovarian reserve. (And your partner’s sperm!) This helps us make sure your ovaries are working properly and you have enough eggs left. 
• We provide the most comprehensive monitoring for hormones to find your 5-6 day fertile window. These days are the few days each cycle that intercourse/insemination is most likely to result in fertilization of the egg. 
• Dr. Aimee will review your medical information to prescribe you progesterone if you qualify. Progesterone is what prepares your uterus for implantation.
• We will monitor your hormones for an initial rise in PdG which means you released an egg and are ready to start the progesterone medication. You will take progesterone starting just after ovulation to support implantation.
• You will continue to take progesterone until you are 10 weeks pregnant as it will help support early pregnancy.

Understand the science behind the four hormones tested with Complete, our most comprehensive women’s fertility test.

• FSH (follicle stimulating hormone): FSH is the hormone responsible for selecting the follicle to ovulate in a given cycle and can provide insight into ovarian reserve. 
• E1G (estrogen marker): A hormone marker that prepares the uterus to receive a pregnancy and it signals the opening of the fertile window — the 5-6 days each cycle with the highest possibility of getting pregnant.
• LH-beta (beta subunit of luteinizing hormone): A hormone that “spikes” right before ovulation to cause the egg to be released to help you time intercourse or insemination and PdG testing.
• PdG (progesterone marker): A hormone marker released after ovulation that supports implantation and confirms successful ovulation, which clinical studies show is correlated to a 75% increase in pregnancy rates.*

At the end of each Complete testing cycle, you’ll receive a full-cycle analysis, where you’ll learn about your ovarian reserve status, hormone levels and balance, and whether or not your ovulation was successful — all critical info to have when trying to get pregnant.
