I'm here because…
See all four hormones across one cycle — FSH, estrogen, LH and progesterone — charted in the app, with a report that explains your pattern in plain English.
- Your hormone chart, day by day, from first-morning urine at home
- Whether and when you ovulated, and how your progesterone held up afterwards
- A report you can keep, or share with your doctor
No pregnancy goal required. This is the same kit, read for you.
Find your full fertile window, confirm you ovulated, and check the progesterone that supports implantation — in one cycle, at home.
- Up to 6 fertile days from rising estrogen, not just the LH surge
- Ovulation confirmed by PdG, the progesterone marker — not assumed from a calendar
- Low progesterone after ovulation that could affect implantation, shown in your Progesterone Score™
- FSH on days 5, 7 and 9 for a read on ovarian reserve
Women who track their whole cycle get pregnant 3x faster than those who only track the fertile window.*
When your cycle doesn't follow the textbook, Complete shows what your hormones are actually doing — and the app schedules your test days around your cycle, however long it runs.
- See whether you ovulated at all this cycle, and when
- Spot a short luteal phase or low progesterone after ovulation
- Add 10 extra strips below so a long cycle never leaves you short
Made for irregular cycles, including PMOS (formerly PCOS). Not for perimenopause — see Empower below.
In the box
- 20 tests: 3 FSH + 17 multi-hormone (E1G, LH, PdG)
- Proov Insight app reads every test in 10 minutes
- End-of-cycle report you can keep or share
- Real people on support, 7 days a week
When you start: on day 5 of your next period. The app tells you which mornings to test — FSH on days 5, 7 and 9, then the multi-hormone strips around ovulation and after.
“The results are presented in a way that is easy to understand, offering meaningful insight into cycle patterns and hormone balance without overwhelming you.”
“The complete kit gives you vital knowledge that basic LH strips alone can't give you — and my OB also finds it helpful when I share my results after a cycle!”
“This product gave me insight into my cycle as someone with PCOS, and with ease. The app gives reminders and walks you through each step!”

What Complete tells you
Same kit, same 20 tests. Here's what the report means for you.
Proov Complete measures hormone markers in urine and reveals patterns; it does not diagnose a condition. Take results to your doctor for medical advice.
The four hormones Complete measures
Each one answers a different question. Together they show one full cycle — something a single blood draw can't.
FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone)
Measured on days 5, 7 and 9. A read on ovarian reserve and how your ovaries are responding at the start of the cycle.
E1G (Estrogen Metabolite)
Rises as an egg matures. Rising E1G opens the fertile window days before the LH surge — up to 6 fertile days instead of 2.
LH (Luteinizing Hormone)
The surge that triggers ovulation, 24–48 hours before the egg is released. Your peak days for trying, or for insemination.
PdG (Progesterone Metabolite)
Rises after ovulation. PdG confirms ovulation actually happened and shows whether progesterone held up through the implantation window. Optimal PdG levels are linked to 75% higher pregnancy rates.*
Is Complete right for me?
Complete is the one-cycle picture of all four hormones. It's the right start if you want to see your pattern, you're planning for pregnancy, or your cycles don't follow the textbook.
A few cases where something else fits better:
- Trying with a partner? Hers & His adds his side of the picture.
- Trying for 6+ months, or already talked to a clinic? F.A.S.T. is Dr. Aimee's guided plan, with medication included.
- 40+ with cycles that are changing? Empower is built for perimenopause.

A message from our founder
"After experiencing seven miscarriages due to undiagnosed hormone imbalances, I created what wasn't available to me: a comprehensive way to truly understand my fertility at home. As a PhD hormone scientist, I developed Proov to give women the same insights that finally helped me have my daughter, without the months of heartbreak and expensive testing I endured. Today, thousands of women have found their path to pregnancy using the technology I wish I'd had years ago."

Questions, answered
What does Complete measure, and how?
Four hormone markers in urine: FSH, E1G (estrogen), LH and PdG (progesterone). You test with first-morning urine on the days the app tells you, wait 10 minutes, and scan the strip with your phone. The app charts your levels as you go and builds your report at the end of the cycle.
Do I need to buy a new kit every month?
No. Your first cycle uses the full Complete kit. After that, each cycle can be a $39.99 Multi-Hormone 10-Pack refill from inside the Proov Insight app rather than a new kit — the app builds your continuation schedule around it. A full kit is only needed again if you want to repeat the FSH baseline.
When do I start?
On day 5 of your period, the first time you use Complete. Activate the kit in the Proov Insight app and it builds your schedule: FSH on days 5, 7 and 9, then the multi-hormone strips around ovulation and through the second half of your cycle.
My cycles are long or irregular. Will 20 tests be enough?
The app adjusts your testing days to your cycle, and 17 multi-hormone strips cover a typical cycle. If your cycles run long or you don't know when to expect ovulation, add the 10 extra strips above so you don't run out mid-cycle. You can also buy more at any time inside the app.
I'm not trying to get pregnant. Is Complete still for me?
Yes. Complete is a picture of one full cycle — whether you ovulated, when, and what your estrogen and progesterone did around it. Many women use it simply to understand their pattern, or to bring real data to a conversation with their doctor. Nothing on the report assumes a pregnancy goal.
Can I use Complete on hormonal birth control?
Hormonal birth control changes the pattern Complete is designed to show, so results won't reflect your natural cycle. If you've recently stopped, give your body a cycle or two and then test. Questions about your situation? Ask our team.
What if I don't ovulate this cycle?
Then that's what your report will show — and it's useful information. Complete shows whether the LH surge happened and whether PdG rose afterwards. If it didn't, the report explains what that pattern can mean and your next options, from support and coaching to talking with your doctor.
I already use ovulation predictor kits (OPKs). How is Complete different?
Ovulation predictor tests measure one hormone (LH) to find your two most fertile days. Complete adds FSH for a read on ovarian reserve, E1G (estrogen) to find your longest possible fertile window, and PdG (progesterone) to confirm ovulation actually happened and check the implantation window.
What's the Proov PdG difference?
Ovulation is more than a “yes/no”. It's possible to release an egg but still not have enough progesterone — the hormone released after ovulation — to support implantation.
Proov measures a marker of progesterone, called PdG, and tracks it during the implantation window, which gives you more insight than a standard ovulation test.
Is Complete accurate?
Yes. Proov Complete is 99% accurate at detecting FSH, E1G, LH and PdG in urine.
Can I pay with my HSA/FSA?
Yes. Complete is HSA/FSA eligible. At checkout choose “Pay another way”, then “Flex — Pay with HSA/FSA”, and enter your HSA/FSA card.
