You’ll test your urine once per day on multiple days throughout your cycle, as directed by the app, to gain the best possible information.
The free Proov Insight app provides easy all-month digital tracking, immediate numerical results, details on what your results mean, and action plans to support your goals.
If you have questions, we’re always here.
Get insight into all four cycle hormones.
FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone): Understand ovarian reserve — an indicator of how many eggs you have left.
E1G (Estrogen Marker): Reveal the earliest sign that your fertile window is opening.
LH (Luteinizing Hormone): Identify your two most fertile days.
PdG (Progesterone Marker): Confirm successful ovulation during the implantation window (7-10 days past peak fertility). Elevated PdG levels have been shown to correlate with an increased chance of successful pregnancy from 19 to 92%.*
