The #1 Cause of Infertility1

At Proov, we’re of the mind that knowledge really is power. Testing LH and PdG gives you the fullest picture on your ovulation each cycle, and can help you understand if ovulatory problems might be making conception more difficult.

The perfect fertility hormone tracking pair.

The Proov Predict & Confirm™ kit includes both Proov LH and PdG strips. LH is the hormone that spikes right before ovulation, helping to identify your peak fertility. This helps when it comes to figuring out the best time to try to make a baby!
PdG, on the other hand, is the urine metabolite of progesterone (the hormone released after ovulation). Tracking PdG in urine over multiple days—7-10 days after your positive LH test, to be exact—helps to confirm successful ovulation.
Tracking both LH and PdG with Proov gives you a more complete picture of your ovulation.

How it Works

3 easy steps to actionable answers.
Step 1

Establish your baseline. At the start of your cycle, take a PdG baseline test. This will help you know what your unique negative looks like, and you’ll refer to it when you’re testing for real later on. You’ll only need a baseline test once every 6 cycles.

Step 2

Track peak fertility with Proov LH Tests. 18 days before your next anticipated period, you’ll test once or twice each day until you see a positive result, which indicates a surge in your LH levels. This means ovulation is about to occur, which is the best time to try to make a baby!

Step 3

“Proov” ovulation actually occurred with PdG Tests. On days 7, 8, 9, and 10 following your positive LH Test result, you’ll take the remaining four PdG Tests in your kit. Watch for a single line... a positive result, which confirms successful ovulation did occur.

Remember... We've got your back.

We are your ally in all things Proov. If you're confused with your result, have questions, or need any support, we're happily here for you - every step of the way.
